2025 Commercial Photography Pricing

MiNi Session

£200

  • Suitable for short PR shoots and property highlights

  • Utilising appropriate lighting techniques to create content in a small timescale

  • On site Service/Photography (Up to 1 hour)

  • Off Site Post Production to our Studio Standard

  • Full (Non transferrable) Licence for commercial use

MIDI Session

£300

  • Suitable for small design & food shoots using available light, Property showcases, Small Team and Personal Branding Photos.

  • Utilising appropriate lighting techniques to create content in a small timescale

  • On site Service/Photography (Up to 2 hours)

  • Off Site Post Production to our Studio Standard

  • Full (Non transferrable) Licence for commercial use

Standard Session

£450

  • Suitable for Styled Food, Prestige Property, Hotels, Architecture, Headshots, Retail, Offices, Co-Working Spaces, and Small Team & Personal Branding photos

  • Utilising best practice lighting techniques

  • On site Service/Photography (Up to 3.5 hours)

  • Off Site Post Production to our Studio Standard

  • Full (Non transferrable) Licence for commercial use

Maxi Session

£800

  • Suitable for Styled Food, Property, Hotels, Architecture, Interior Design, Headshots, Retail, Offices, Co-Working Spaces, and Team & Personal Branding photos

  • Utilising best practice lighting techniques

  • On site Service/Photography (Up to 7 hours)

  • Off Site Post Production to our Studio Standard

  • Full (Non transferrable) Licence for commercial use

Includes:

  • Quoted prices include on-site photography as well as off-site post-production to our studio standard, which includes:

    • Colour correction

    • Exposure merging/blending/layering

    • Cropping

    • Perspective correction

    • Distortion removal

    Digital Delivery:

    • Full-resolution JPG images (or required size) without watermarks

Travel:

  • Up to 25 minutes or 15 miles of travel (each way) from PR6 8AW is included in the prices above.

  • Need me to travel further? Beyond this, it's an all-inclusive rate of £2 per mile (each way), covering time, transport and distance.

Notes:

  • Retouching, object removal, and extended Photoshop requirements are not included in these prices and can be arranged on a per-image basis after delivery.

  • Please get in touch for an estimate on how long a session you'll need to achieve your goals.

  • Your project type and requirements will determine the number of images delivered.

  • For new customers, it's 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Please get in touch for payment and account options, as well as licensing and copyright information relating to your project.

  • Evening and weekend sessions are subject to additional fees and limited availability – please contact us if you require this.

  • If you are representing multiple parties for a single shoot and require shared images and licensing, this must be quoted individually and this price list does not apply.

Discovery and Requirements:

Understand client needs and project scope through engagement and research. Ask relevant questions to gather essential information about the photography project.

Proposal and Agreement:

Create a detailed proposal with photography services, deliverables, timelines, and costs.

Present and finalise the agreement.

Planning and Design:​

Depending on the scale of the project, we develop a comprehensive plan with milestones and tasks.

Seek client input for alignment throughout planning and design.

Execution and Development:

Actively work on photography project delivery, whether it involves capturing images, editing photos, or conducting location scouting.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct pre delivery quality checks on the photography work to meet agreed-upon standards.

Delivery and Follow-up:​

Deliver the completed photography service within the specified timeframe.

Follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any additional retouching requirements.
